Our Story

LINEA System was founded, in 2008, by industry veteran Kathleen Colatrella, RPh, MS, to help to eliminate the many obstacles and barriers that both Sponsors and sites faced as they started new studies. Having worked in drug development, including actually running clinical trials, for one of the largest Pharma companies in the world, Kathleen knew that there had to be a better, more efficient way to get sites up and running, as well as identify the “best” sites for each program. As a result, LINEA system was launched.

Since then, we have expanded the team, and helped some of the biggest companies in the world, as well as small and mid-tier companies, to achieve their study start-up objectives better, and with more value than they had ever seen before. We offer a tailored, flexible approach, to best meet the needs of Sponsors, sites, and their respective programs. From “getting into sites” that other vendors could not get into, to executing CDAs, to running the end-to-end process of study start-up, we’ll work with you to accomplish what you want and need, when you want and need it
